Their network of LED screens spans major cities like Vilnius, Kaunas, and Klaipėda, reaching millions of people every week with dynamic, location-based content. Piksel offers businesses a powerful platform to plan, launch, and measure outdoor campaigns with precision and scale.

Goal
Piksel wanted to modernize how they managed their growing network of screens. Previously, operating the network required manually connecting to each individual display—a slow, repetitive, and inefficient process. Their goal was to centralize everything into one easy-to-use platform that would allow teams, agencies, and clients to manage ads, book airtime, and monitor screen performance from anywhere.

Process
We partnered closely with Piksel’s operations and sales teams to map out every workflow: from ad bookings and content approvals to screen management and real-time monitoring. We focused on eliminating manual bottlenecks and building a system flexible enough to serve both internal users and external agencies. The result was a clear product roadmap for a cloud-first, scalable DOOH management platform.

Solution
We designed and built a fully integrated web platform where Piksel’s internal team, agency partners, and advertisers can easily manage campaigns. Users can book airtime, upload creatives, target screens by city or location, and track campaign performance—all from one dashboard. In the background, the system automatically syncs content, monitors display health, and alerts the team to any issues. By connecting every screen to the cloud, we eliminated the need for manual display connections, allowing the Piksel team to manage and monitor their entire network in real-time with minimal effort.

Results
Today, Piksel operates one of the most efficient and modern DOOH networks in the region. Campaigns launch faster, screen uptime is higher, and the team has full visibility across all displays at any given time. The platform has dramatically reduced manual work, improved operational reliability, and made it easier for agencies and clients to collaborate and run high-impact campaigns across Lithuania.
